Hugo de Salis

Hugo left Manchester University in 1993 with a degree in History, after which he joined Schroeder’s and then J P Morgan where he worked in Japanese equities investment management. He took a sabbatical in 1998 before joining PR firm Weber Shandwick Square Mile in 1999, to combine his City experience with his love for writing. In September 2001 Hugo co-founded St Brides. He has a strong financial background, an understanding of the markets, having taken his Investment Management Certificate, SFA Registered Representative, and Series 3 Financial Derivate examinations. He has a wide contact base in the growth company arena and an in-depth understanding particularly of the resource sector.

Isabel Crossley

Having completed a Fine Arts degree, Isabel joined Fleet Financial, a specialist growth company financial PR firm, in 1997 as an account executive. She then became an account manager at Weber Shandwick Square Mile in 1999 before co-founding St Brides in 2001. Isabel has particularly strong relationships with the financial media and private client brokers throughout the UK, and is experienced in numerous AIM and PLUS flotations across any number of sectors.

Felicity Edwards

After gaining a 2:1 degree at Leeds University in Fashion Management, Felicity went on to complete a Masters in international management from Loughborough University in 2003. She then moved into advertising and marketing, working as an advertising account executive at the Guardian, after which she moved to Sydney and worked as a marketing executive at worldwide direct and targeted marketing group, Harte Hanks. On her return to the UK in April 2006 she joined St Brides to pursue a career in small cap financial PR and has since developed an extensive network of media and business contacts.

Susie Callear

Susie graduated from the University of Leicester with a 2.1 degree in English in 2005, after which she moved to Canada where she worked for Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management Ltd in Vancouver, primarily in its Mutual Funds department. On her return to the UK in 2006, she joined ICIS, a boutique PR agency specialising in growth technology companies, before joining St Brides in 2007 to develop her knowledge of the small cap market.

Erik Woolgar

Erik developed a keen interest in the financial markets from an early age and has built up valuable experience in a number of City based environments, before joining St Brides in February 2008. Erik specialises in Corporate Finance, Securities and Financial Derivatives. He holds qualifications from the Financial Services Authority, Securities and Investment Institute and the UK Society of Investment Professionals.

Elisabeth Cowell

Elisabeth left the University of Essex in June 2008 having gained a 2:1 in History.  Keen to pursue her path in the city, Elisabeth joined St Brides to focus on the small cap arena.

Victoria Thomas - Consultant

Victoria arrived in the UK from Melbourne in 1999 and spent five years as an account manager at Rostron Parry, a specialist derivative exchange and hedge fund consultancy. Broadening her focus she joined Parkgreen Communications in 2004 to work with AIM traded clients and was involved in a number of AIM flotations, before joining St Brides in June 2007. Victoria re-located back to Australia in 2009 but continues to work for St Brides on a consultancy basis.
